Usecase Informanagement
Challenge
It often takes the employees of Informanagement a lot of time to create these summaries. As a result, the processing time for the documents they receive can increase significantly. In addition, there is sometimes a lack of consistency among the documents because, logically, the summarization work is not always done by the same person. Therefore, Informanagement has asked Datacation to investigate whether this summarization work can be done entirely or partially by AI and, if possible, to implement a prototype.
Process
To tackle the described issue, Datacation has designed a solution that utilizes State-of-the-Art Large Language Models and advanced language technology. The model is trained to extract relevant information from the documents and convert it into concise and understandable summaries: it first sees some examples of good summaries, and is then instructed to create a summary from the given text. If the summary is not yet satisfactory, an interactive chat function is integrated, allowing Informanagement employees to refine and adjust the summaries if necessary. Datacation hosts the model and the chat frontend for Informanagement in the cloud.
Solution
Informanagement can now process legal decisions and documents more efficiently. The time required to create summaries will decrease, which is expected to have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the summaries are consistent and accurate. A great result for Informanagement!
