ASML aims to speed up and simplify this process, benefiting both L&C staff and the employees with questions.
Process
The L&C department seeks a virtual AI assistant to handle incoming inquiries. An out-of-the-box solution was insufficient. Datacation delivers a custom solution using advanced Large Language Models. The AI assistant is trained with ASML’s existing policy documents. Concerned about hallucination risks? This is mitigated by adding source references. Solution
With the virtual AI assistant, the L&C department can respond more quickly without manually searching through policy documents. Including the source reference provides extra confidence and ease of use: the correct information is immediately accessible.
